Posting midterm and final grades

To post grades in MyWC,

  1. Go to https://mywc.westminster-mo.edu and log in with your campus username and password.
  2. Click the Faculty tab in the top navigation bar. You may need to expand the navigation bar to see the second row.

  3. Scroll to the bottom of the page and look for the Grade Entry section.
  4. Click the View Course List link in that section.

  5. Ensure that the Term dropdown list is set to the correct term. If not, click the dropdown and select the correct term. Then click the Search button.

  6. You should see your courses listed.
  7. The course code for each class is a link. Click on the link for the first course to enter grades.

  8. Enter the Final Grade or Midterm Grade for each student by selecting their letter grade from the dropdown list.

  9. If a student stopped engaging in the course, enter the last date of attendance for that student.
  10. Click the Save button at the bottom of the page.
