Hidden Staff/Faculty Wi-Fi Faculty/staff devices automatically connect

Residential Network Troubleshooting

  • Check if Ethernet is properly seated or connected properly to Wi-Fi
  • Power Cycle Device (30+ sec delay before turning on)
  • Power Cycle modem/router if personal (30+ sec delay before turning on)
  • Right-click toolbar network icon and select troubleshoot problems
  • If the issue persists, contact the On-Call Help Desk at 573-592-6140
